Process principle

IT was mainly based on the technology of the direct electrolysis of copper chloride, let the acid etching waste liquid introduced into the electrolysis equipment and divide into positive and negative electrodes for electrolysis. During the electrolysis process, chlorine gas will be produced by anode which will be sealed extraction, dissolution and absorption, and copper plate will be produced by cathode electrolysis. After adjusting ORP, acidity and adding additives, regeneration liquid will be reused in acid etching system.
