Process principle

IT was mainly based on the way of solvent extraction, direct current electrodeposition and others. Firstly, a certain amount of copper is extracted from alkaline etching waste liquid with extractant. A small amount of ammonium chloride and liquid ammonia (ammonia water) are added to the extraction liquid to adjust the composition of the regeneration liquid, Then it will be added additives to adjust the alkaline etching regeneration liquid. And the pure copper sulfate solution will be obtained by stripping back extraction with sulfuric acid. The copper can be recovered by direct current electrowinning at last. 

Main features

1、The craft of non-destructive is used to recover copper without destroying the original components of the etching solution so that most of the etching solution can be reused , and the emission reduction is more than 90%.

  2、The advanced technology of ammonia nitrogen treatment is used to treat the wastewater which was produced by this system with ammonia nitrogen.

3、The closed loop of craft materials can be achieved by the craft flow,so that the etching solution can be reused and do not create new sources of pollution on the same time.

4、Multistage split-layer compensation extraction craft was adopted, and the equipment covers a small area and has high efficiency.
